We called them and explained the problem, sent them some pictures and they jumped into action. We returned the problem piece and they sent us a replacement that was just as perfect as the other pieces we received from them. They kept us in the loop the whole way through. They cost might cost a little more, but they're worth the money! Our client will be very happy with their Master Closet. We will purchase from them again in the future.
I was very excited to receive my jewelry trays. They are really, really beautiful and elegant. The fit is just right, just as I ordered. (I measured and re-measured my drawers several times before placing the order to make100% sure. Read some of the other reviews regarding measuring.)
