Great quality. I ordered 10 extra-large jewelry trays for a customer, and they all arrived in great condition, and it took much less time than I expected. I was able to cut a notch in it to put a lock on the drawers that they are in. They came perfectly sized to the dimensions that I ordered them. As a high end cabinet manufacturer, quality is key, so i will definitely use The Jewelry Tray Factory for all jobs that require jewelry storage.
My drawer arrived and I absolutely love it! I recently received a tall silver chest that was in my in-laws' home. I had the idea to use it as a jewelry chest instead and wanted to use the top drawer for earrings. I was a little nervous about getting the dimensions just right, but watched the video and it's a perfect fit! The brown velvet is almost an exact match to the other drawers. I needed jewelry trays in two drawers in my island in the owner closet. The cabinet maker had built the drawers without any type of lining or trays. He sent a company for me to look at their work. I was not pleased with what I saw. I researched and found "The Jewelry Tray Factory." I was so pleased with the custom trays that were made! I used their measuring directions and the result were trays that fit perfectly!!! When I am showing the new house to visitors, I include a look at my jewelry drawers too. I couldn't be more pleased.
I was very pleased with 4 velvet lined trays and then ordered 12 more for a chest that I have. Unfortunately, the trays with inserts would not fit my chest but I'm still quite pleased.

They were perfect!! I do think that next time I will allow a little more room to my dimensions as the trays were very tight.
