I had a custom master closet built, so I had a hard time finding standard drawer sizes to find inserts. I stumbled across the website & I took a chance. I had the contractor double check all my measurements & I even called customer service to confirm before entering (very helpful & reassuring btw). The design process was very user friendly & they even gave you boxes sizes outside of a custom box. I waited the weeks for the trays to arrive as they had stated in their post. On the day they arrived, I could not wait to install. I had forgotten that I ordered 2 sizes, since mine & my husband’s cabinets were slightly off. I initially thought they didn’t fit & wanted to cry 😭. However, when my contractor showed the next day, I showed how they didn’t fit (I had only tried the one side) & of course I was proven wrong, since the one I chose when he arrived must’ve been the one for that drawer. He did have to take the drawer out so we could get it in past the screws. PERFECT FIT!!! My husband was thrilled with his & was even more elated with my design talent 😊

Not only does my customized tray fit perfectly in my drawer but I truly appreciate the craftsmanship. Yes, some people may think it maybe a little expensive but I tell you it’s worth every penny.
