Great quality. I ordered 10 extra-large jewelry trays for a customer, and they all arrived in great condition, and it took much less time than I expected. I was able to cut a notch in it to put a lock on the drawers that they are in. They came perfectly sized to the dimensions that I ordered them. My drawer arrived and I absolutely love it! I recently received a tall silver chest that was in my in-laws' home. I needed jewelry trays in two drawers in my island in the owner closet. The cabinet maker had built the drawers without any type of lining or trays. He sent a company for me to look at their work. I had a custom master closet built, so I had a hard time finding standard drawer sizes to find inserts. I stumbled across the website & I took a chance. I had the contractor double check all my measurements & I even called customer service to confirm before entering (very helpful & reassuring btw). The design process was very user friendly & they even gave you boxes sizes outside of a custom box. I waited the weeks for the trays to arrive as they had stated in their post. On the day they arrived, I could not wait to install. I had forgotten that I ordered 2 sizes, since mine & my husband’s cabinets were slightly off. I initially thought they didn’t fit & wanted to cry 😭. However, when my contractor showed the next day, I showed how they didn’t fit (I had only tried the one side) & of course I was proven wrong, since the one I chose when he arrived must’ve been the one for that drawer. He did have to take the drawer out so we could get it in past the screws. PERFECT FIT!!! My husband was thrilled with his & was even more elated with my design talent 😊

Perfect fit, fabric corners well done. Many pieces pulled away from the outside frame leaving the pin nails partially or fully exposed. One came thru the face and pricked a finger.

I love my tray. My jewelry is kept in place and I chose what I want very easily because I can see it all. The only thing that would make it better would be if the necklaces could be kept from sliding into each other. This is a super product.
